Can't load txt file on enigma two

    hi I've been trying to ftp my playlist to my octagon box but it's not working I must be doing something wrong. What does inside the playlist.txt look like ? Any help would be great. Many thanks

    I presume you are referring to my plugins, when referencing playlists.txt file


    Firstly to be able to ftp into your box. You need to set a password on your box.


    Similar way on all images but on openatv that would be

    menu > setup > system > network > password settings

    Also make sure ftp is installed and running in your settings. (should be by default)

    menu > setup > system > network > ftp settings

    Then use an ftp client to ftp into your box. For example a lot of people use filezilla software for ftp'ing

    Open your ftp client.
    Type in your boxes network address (can be found under information > network )

    host -> IP address
    type username -> root
    type password -> whatever
    port -> leave blank

    Then for my iptv plugins the playlists.txt file is found in

    etc/enigma2/[plugin]/
