Ubuntu 20 - install oscam problem

Hello

I have problem with installation oscam and start later on like thtat etc: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:port
nothing happens, i try all posibilities like manual and automatic scrypts.

Any one can give full manual how to do.

I try releases

git clone https://github.com/gorgone/s3_releases.git s3

git clone https://git.streamboard.tv/common/oscam.git/ oscam

apt-get update && apt-get install git

apt-get -y install subversion dialog

download releases

chmod -R 0755 oscam or s3

cd oscam or s3

./install.sh

ENTER

I try all way and not working

manually restart services oscam

Ive try that yesterday but didnt want work. I reinsalled server trying again and working now.
