for now I don't see any errors. .in fact everything seems ok..
The plugin is visible otherwise there must have been an error.
you also started a channel and everything is ok (I confirm)
I don't know if it is visible, but the reference with token is ok.
As soon as you get the chance you should see if you can log it..

Today i have error message when opening vavoo and then a crash

Nothing to do with PLi version 8.3 and 9.1, tried forcing with putty nothing.
