    Do you have the serviceApp and extplayer on the OpenATV 7.6 ?
    so can you send me a pb how i can do that please.

    From the remote control, press Menu.
Go to Plugins.
Press the green button (Download plugins).
Select System Plugin Packages.
Search for ServiceApp.
Press OK to install.
After completion, restart the device (Restart GUI).

    Menu ⮕ Setup ⮕ PlayBack, Recording & Time Shite ⮕ ServiceApp

    Still getting a proxy error or proxy offline, etc.


    I have change the exteplayer, than i restart the box.

    Proxy online

    I was able to quickly watch ESPN 1, 2, 3, and 4.

    Then I tried NPO 1 and several other channels, but none of them worked anymore.

    I started Vavoo, and I see Proxy Offline, and it just keeps spinning in the top left corner, so the box is completely frozen.

    So I think it must be the proxy.

    I hope Lululla has a solution.

    • Path: Config Menu → "Generate .m3u files"
    • Downloads playlist from proxy and saves as vavoo_[country]_playlist.m3u

    I have saved it, but there is nothing in the directory ?
    Than i can test it with vlc player.

    I have read everything, but it can sometimes be overwhelming. I am only trying to help a fellow forum user. Changing the dns server setiings in network, wireguard vpn and your plugin solved my issues.

    I enabled IPv6 for testing but i didn't help.

    Run the plugin and press Menu

    move to the first line and Confirm it

    the plugin will ask you if you want to generate a list, m3u and save it to /media/hdd/movie/

    select and confirm Yes


    in the next window choose whether you want to export all countries or just one

    if you want just one specific one, select item 2



    select the country you want and confirm

    the system will ask if you want to generate a list

    and after it is generated you will get a voice that it was generated

    Yes, thanks, it worked now. I now have the .m3u file.

    I didn't know I had to click on it. I thought clicking "Yes" and saving would automatically create an .m3u file in the folder.

    Thank you! Before I have seen your answer I tried it again and now:


    Status: Proxy OK


    Solution: Changed DNS to Quad9


    Works like a Charm. Today I realised problems with Updates in OATV. In their forum they pointed out that Cloudfire is blocking Domains. That brought me to the solution. Sorry I can't offer you Coffee or Tea. I'm from Bavaria . That would be against my culture. But Beer is on the way. :winking face with tongue:
