GTCOMBO flash serial number help

I saw the vitmod-atv_v13.2_k5 firmware here some time ago, and flashed it. It runs very well, but the DVD tuner does not display, the remote control fails, the digital tube does not light up, the mouse operation is very smooth, and the IPTV is great. After the test, I flashed back to the official firmware, but the flashing tool could not recognize it. I bought a short-circuit artifact to flash the official firmware. After turning on the machine, it appeared on the test interface, and it showed that the serial number was not flashed. Is there a way to restore it to normal?
