    I was using the openeight6.8 image as a recovery image on the first slot1 of the octagon sf8008 device

    And now I replaced it with the advanced openatv7.5 image Python 3.12.4


    And I gave up installing the following images waiting for them to keep pace with the development of the octagon sf8008 supreme device

    I am currently using the USB3.0 - sdc port with a 1TB NVMe external hard drive

    And when I want to use images that do not support it

    I use the msdCard and remove the external hard drive from the USB3.0 port

    Method:

    1-We open the hitool loader and use the file sf8008-Supreme-twin-openatv-7.5-20240719-boot-sdc-sda-sdd-py.3.12.4.xml

    2-First, we perform a complete wipe of the device erase all devices

    you can use this dump for sf8008 and sf8008 supreme

    So - if I have sf8008 combo, can I use this image as full nand backup? After flashing - no drivers problem? Nor tuners issues?


    I'm waiting for mine oct8008 combo and first what I want to do is nand backup, just in case. But if I already have one from this thread I don't need to do it. Before I just must be 100% that your's backup will be compatible.
