DM900 UHD does not see the Astra 1KR/1L/1M/1N satellite at 19.2°E after installing DVB-S2X tuner

    I installed a DVB-S2X tuner in the DM 900 UHD and now the receiver does not see the Astra 1KR/1L/1M/1N satellite at 19.2°E. What could be the reason? The same is true when connecting the Vu+ Zero 4K DVB-S2X receiver
