    One thing I dont understand is your screenshots always have screens I dont have or if I do have the screen I have less content than you.


    I'm not just talking about the next update, i'm talking in general about most of your previous screenshots.


    Is this down to me using the 720 skin ?

    Sadly though a quick test before work has shown the update still hasnt fixed the crash after trying to play a torrent that doesnt play. The crash still happens on exiting the player and requires a reboot to get out of the plugin.


    Not had chance to test further to see if there are any improvements to TV shows. However just entering Top Rated TV shows still locks up the box.

    Top rated section is under refactor it will be fixed within two days


    The probleme is the plugin get list of top rated from imdb first and then when you chose a serie it check if exist in eztv


    So next update it will directly show only series exist in eztv to avoid the problem


    So the 5.0.9.8 it has new pot file for language

    And has new function is not yet 100% ready for get extern subs directly

    Instead of loading the playback buffer into memory, would it not be better to have the plugin create a temp buffer folder on the boxes HDD or USB ? This would then be overwritten and reused upon each and every playback session.


    This would then allow you to massively increase the buffer size in the settings.json and give the user the ability to jump forwards during playback, but more importantly it would allow playback to be paused. Because using a buffer folder on the HDD is effectivley downloading the torrent in the background. Currently if you pause playback, once the buffer in memory is full nothing further is streamed and when you release pause, once you get to the end of the buffer the stream stops.

    With todays internet speeds the whole movie or tv show would be downloaded during the first 5-10 mins of playback and therfore giving playback the same functionality as if it were a downloaded program and being played from the HDD by EMC.


    It would also help boxes that have limited memory capacity too, such as older mipsel boxes or cheeper lower end ARM boxes with less available resources.

    Yes you can change the buffer location from memory to usb :

    Open webinterface then the port 8090

    And go setting change the buffer location and set your buffer as you want

    The playback is saved as config in setting and it use math to save and go back the postion and it work very fine
