Every time I try to install a plugin using telnet i face problem with opkg dir, like something set it to be opkg-aaaaaa and I don't know how to fix this.

The error is in your log "file exsists"
It is a temp file under /tmp either delete it,
Or simply fully reboot your STB to clear the tmp files

restarting or deleting that file didn't fix the problem
