IP address not confirmed on Gigablue Trio 4k Pro

I have a strange problem with the new Trio4k Pro.

there is no separate theme field for the Pro version yet

Network connection in my home network works and I can also access the OpenWebif and the WebIf of the OScam, as well as FTP etc..

However, in the menu under network test I always get the message. IP address not confirmed.

I also cannot access my Oscam in the basement via the Internet with this box

On the server there is always a timeout message - connection timeout.

A Gigablue 4k Trio which I have equipped with the same server data for test purposes works both in the internal LAN and via Inet.

Which settings should be adjusted?

the whole thing is connected to a FritzBox 6660 Cable

Slot 2 OpenATV 7.4

then run the wizard in Teamblue

booted the box in slot 2
