instructions on how to compile Ncam Emu

how to checkout with the right toolchain?

git clone https://github.com/gorgone/s3_releases.git s3

cd /opt/s3

./s3 checkout 0e88b8d

./s3 menu

0e88b8d is last ncam

Create a oscamsource.url in S3 Folder with Ncam URL and checkout again.

On first screen go to CHOOSE
on next screen enter 8917

Simplebuild will checkout modern [289] svn r8917

then just build as normal..

All you need now is oscamsource.url to tell simplebuild to use Modern Checkout.. See section 4 Here:

Direct compiling

Example for vuplus4k_armv7 toolchain

In the s3 folder:

git clone https://github.com/fairbird/NCam.git
cd NCam
./config.sh --enable MODULE_STREAMRELAY WITH_SSL (optional)
make CROSS=/s3/support/toolchains/vuplus4k_armv7/bin/armv7-vuplus4k-linux-gnueabihf-

Bin is created into /NCam/Distribution folder

Could I get a Windows build instructions? I'm trying to compile this myself on cygwin but I'm getting library errors: I don't have dvbcsa library, when I try to compile and install this, I get I don't have libtool, when I try to compile libtool, I get cpp error...

Thanks! What's the difference with your build and the official one? Is there an official one, actually? Will this better than oscam builds?
