PD1LOI-HD-Night Weatherfull by Arthur-skin For OpenPli

Hi

I modified the Pd1loi-HD-night skin

adding the top bar of the weather infobar
adding feels like temperature with icon
adding wind info with icon

Added the modified Weather plugin

Added extra info....

Tested on both PLI 8.3 and PLI 9.0

New version of the skin

added humidity information

removed the wind and perceived temperature icons

with the writings

Feels like, Humidity and Wind.

Updated the .po files of the English, Italian, French and Spanish languages

Tested on Openpli 8.3 and Openpli 9.0
