hick ups audio

    I got a strange problem with the UHD Trio 4K Pro, image OATV 7.5 everything is updayed, but while watching a channel, doesn't matter which one, the sound gets broken, does anyone have any idea what is causing this? and how do I fix it? and it makes no difference whether i watch via satellite or ip..
