  • Hi, I have had a problem tonight where clients just disconnected and were not able to connect. About 3 clients. These are my configs, I cant send you a log as I dont have one. Running oscam on pc linux, ubuntu.

    oscam.conf

  • I changed the group in user from 1, 2 to 1 as I read this in another thread. I'll see how it goes for the rest of the day and hopefully I can get something from the log.

  • c cccam(s) afy: connection closed by client, n=-1.

This is what shows up when a Client can not connect.

This is the totals at the bottom of the users section, can't figure out why people can not connect?

  • Hi guys, I am having an issue where clients are not able to connect to the server. It does not give me anything in the log apart from :
    2012/07/09 20:20:24 B7500468 c afy disconnected from 92.22.2.....
    2012/07/09 20:20:24 B7500468 c thread B7631B70 ended!

However all the clients are doing is turning the box on.

I also found this in the log today, is this normal?

I am using a PC windows Pentium 4, with Ubuntu, Oscam #6596 version 1.20...I have a very small client base so can't understand why they can not connect on their end. The only way they can is if I reboot Oscam, that lasts for around 24hrs before they have the same problem. Can someone please try and help me please, really could do with your support....thanks in advance

This is what is shows when someone can not connect.

  • A few months ago I changed my settings so they were good to update entitlements using mgcamd, entitlements update no problem with the settings in the first post of this thread, is there anything I can change in there to make it more stable so clients can connect and not drop off?
