Best solution for AMIKO ALIEN 2 OPENLD 2.9 WORK WIFI+OSCAM 11718+DREAMSET TV LIST EDITOR

After much searching, I finally managed to bring my old AMIKO ALIEN 2 receiver back to life.

I tried many firmware versions, but each had its own issues: either the softcam wouldn't decode, or the Wi-Fi connection wouldn't work.

I hope this post helps others who still have these AMIKO ALIEN 2 receivers.
