First of all, thanks to the forum friends who can help me! I would like to perform a hard factory reset on my Octagon SF8008 because, after deleting all the partitions of the multiboot containing the old images and reinstalling the OpenATV recovery image, when I install the KODI plugin I still see the old plugins from the previous images. Where am I going wrong? Where can I find an image for the factory reset that truly cleans every trace of the old plugins and addons? Many thanks and best regards
How to make an hard reset on the Octagon sf8008????

The old plugin data is probably in your .Kodi folder located located either HDD or USB. Delete that folder

Many Thanks for your quick response, but my Octagon SF8008 has no hard drive and no USB connected.
I haven't seen any Kodi folders after the OpenATV recovery image, yet I still find the Kodi addons from the old images when I reinstall kodi—it's incredible! That's why I want to do a truly complete factory reset.
Can you help me? -
Check for the folder in home/user/.kodi/userdata/

On my device, the neo folder in slot 1 is not deleted. No matter what image I load, the neo application gives an error and I cannot delete that folder in any way. It would be great if I knew how to do a hard format.
