  • Can someone please help me or put me on the right path.... I have a Debian 6 machine with CCcam installed, is it possible to share my local card with just CCcam and a onmikey 3212 card reader or do I need OScam/Newcs to read the card ?

  • Hi Ten Below, yeh I though I would... I have installed cccam and oscam using the script you posted on this forum:
    http://linuxsat-support.com/li…l-package-debian-6-a.html

I have also installed my omnikey USB card reader using : http://linuxsat-support.com/li…key-readers-linux-pc.html

Q1). Do I need to configure oscam to add my omnikey card reader ?
Q2). In your auto script tut you say to update your oscam config files from the link: I have gone for the *** uk one, but I am a bit confused,
The code for the Oscam+cccam 2.1.3 config ( what do I do with this I am assuming it needs to go somewhere and also needs changing ) can you please tell me if I can't find the tux box folder under var on my debine server do I create it and what do I name the file to ? Also do I need to add my own details to Bbthe config like username and password s etc.
Q3). Whilist on the link for oscam+cccam config I downloaded the *** uk config files, once extracted I get 2 folders what do I do with them?

Sorry for being lame but iv been banging my head against the wall for ages I must not be doing something right because it's not working.

    Thanks for the advice.
