I am totally new to this "Sat madness". Long story short... I am using H9S SE for some time now. I bought it on ebay pre configured and fully working.
I did pay some guy every year to keep it active till problems started... I messaged him about freezing etc. and I got rude response in return....
As I am in computing for a long time I decided to reverse engineering whole concept :) Starting from cracking root password on my H9S. After a week of fighting
and getting all sorts of tools I have managed to get everything working(using different OSCAM i purchased from dashboard.online-panel.info) . I need to tell you it was the best feeling ever and now
everything works without problems. I must say that it get me hooked as I am very picky with TV and now I got customised freedom as I can chose what I want. 😂
Now I want to upgrade my main receiver but still want to keep H9S in other room. I am planning to use Astra and Hotbird as I want to have all Polish and UK channels plus IPTV.
So my simple question is what receiver do you recommend with this setup.
At the moment H9S SE is running on OpenATV . I only upgraded to new ver. I want to reset receiver completely as there is a lot of old files etc. So another question what
firmware you recommend. I want both receivers to be on the same firmware so my wife can use it without additional training 😆
