dinobot 4k mini u5 not accepting flashing or connection

my dinobot 4k mini u5 is dead, enigma2 openatv 7.5.1 keep restarting all the time, colored keys in the remote control is not functioning to log into android or e2 - tried to install several copies of android firmware without benefit, how to repair

please help

2- Can i put the bootarg - boot- recovery image- into usb and flash without the rest of the firmware , to solve this loop booting error?

finally i discovered that the main issue was that the remote control as i use the long copy one because the short original one was lost so the colored button were not functioning so i couldn't shift or install e2. now i have a new remote and restored everything and it working fine now. thanks for non- reply
