EStalker - Stalker Middleware Player - Work in Progress

As mentioned in my xstreamity thread.
I thought I would have a go at writing a stalker player - my style.

This is just a waffle thread of where I am at and updates with my new project.

So I can now read data from a playlists.txt file.

Format will be a url followed by one or multiple mac addresses.

Multiple urls will be split by a blank line.

Main menu

Add server will allow the adding of more than one mac address by entering a mac address then click OK button on it to save it.

Got a basic playlist list now with validation.

Delete server now works.

Next fun bit... Lets build some categories.
I have no idea what I am doing - and pretty much solely relying on Artificial intelligence

Plodding along slowly... no idea what I am doing :)

Now got live channels - next mission, try and get epg

Daily channel short epg now plumbed in (long epg press)
Now for the big boy epg.

Now I know why writing stalker players is a pain in the bum.

Key Observations:

v4.x (Old) → Uses /portal.php (deprecated in newer versions).
v5.1.x → Introduced /server/load.php but no /c/ prefix yet.
v5.3.x+ → Standardized /c/server/load.php.
Ministra → Often uses /stalker_portal/ prefix but may also support /c/.
Modern (v5.6+) → Mostly aligns with /c/server/load.php but some Ministra deployments keep /stalker_portal/.

I still have no idea what I am doing. xtream codes i know like the back of my hand. Stalker haven't got a clue.

Finally got a least one provider to play

Grrr. I literally only got one provider out of 7 that was able to play the channels so far.

The ones that dont play say....

the play link doesn't play in VLC either.

I might have to bite the bullet and download another stalker player and see if I am doing something wrong.
Or whether these same providers would fail on another plugin.

maybe my code is good. Maybe the test examples are bad.

I am aware of multistalker. His code is compressed though.
I don't like copying other peoples code. I do things my way.
I say it a lot. You don't reinvent the wheel. You create something new.
