OpenPLi DM 920 UHD OE Core by raed

The present image for DM 920 UHD was build by me using exclusively raed tools :

- OpenPLi Dreambox OE Core

- OpenPLi Dreambox Enigma2

- raed build script

- raed feed server

- oktus bootlogo

From technical point of view the image is up-to-date !

-GCC 15.1.0

-Glibc 2.41

-ffmpeg 7.1

-GStreamer 1.26.1

-Python 3.13.3

-OpenSSL 3.5.0

-Busybox 1.37.0

Image is a complete one , a clean one without any "mods" !

and I like it because meets all my basic expectations !

- the image is technically up to date ... GCC 15.1.0, Glibc 2.41, ffmpeg 7.1,

GStreamer 1.26.1, -Python 3.13.3, OpenSSL 3.5.0, Busybox 1.37.0

- the image has a complete feed server

- scans correctly both dvb-s2 and dvb-c

- scans dvb-s2 in "blind scan" mode

- has a functional IPTV support

- decodes everything I asked for ( NCAM preinstalled )

- has ChkRoot support ( Multiboot Manager )

In all the aspects , the image is just an ... OpenPLi !

This build is similar to the open pli only in skin, otherwise it is another reincarnation of the open atv.

he build is working, I'm testing, but there are no multiloads from the captain for 900-920 with internal flash memory partitioning, only in barry allen

Well , partially you have right ! the image is OE based ! but is an OpenPLi as presentation !

and yes ! does not offer alternatives to load online images in multiboot ! that's OATV who

does ! I've loaded it in ChkBoot Multiboot by Flash Online downloads as all other possible

images ! OpenPLi raed is one of them and is working perfect as SLAVE image !

One of the users signaled ... Install Local Extension ... not working !

Issue solved by raed and I've produced a new image !

I-ve decided to assume the paternity of build image ! and to change the stupid

distribution name "nodistro.0" into one reflecting the reality !!! Probably for

a time, this will be the final image ! Thanks raed for his valuable support !

My examples are build and tested on ChkRoot Multiboot !

enabled from OpenATV 7.5.1 as BASE image !

I noticed that it was based on

ATV..it nurtured various parts of the menu and the skin, then the kernel...to change soft with Fullbackup I put kernel of Atv and reload it without problems..good job congratulations.

Yesterday while testing I updated wia web and it got stuck on red...I recommend not updating.

just tested I had on my favorite Pli Python 3.13.3 and I reloaded via web the internal file of the folder...rootfs.tar...and I have to confirm that the Dm started correctly...good work...thanks.

These posts are about a typical problem in the topics of different images, and the problem is in your knowledge.. look at the posts above, I showed that with the installation and operation of this image in the barry allen plugin, there are no problems at all from the word at ALL!!!

see the screenshots ,maybe you'll see the Barry allen plugin icon in the plugin browser.

ChkRoot in not a plugin ! is a Multiboot system embedded

into OpenATV 7.5.1 image starting from 29 Apr 2025 !

You just install it as Base image and follow the rules !

- it creates the EMMC multiboot partitions structure

- populate it with new OpenE2 images ( Flash Online)

- and ensure the Multiboot navigation ( Multiboot Manager )

- some images may need a plugin to navigate ( Multiboot Helper )
