Hello, this software is DEFINE-OS software. While the device is in the DEFINE.7.0 partition, put the file you downloaded into the USB memory as it is. Then, enter the software update menu, select update from USB and click OK. This software is found and click OK again. The software installation will start, do not intervene until it is finished. The device will turn on automatically.

Hello, in this case, unfortunately you need to delete one of the images in the 4 loaded slots. After deleting, click on the ONLINE menu. And change it until you see DEFINE-Os 7.0. When Define Os appears, click OK and select the slot you want to load below and start the installation.
