Changed the title of the thread from “OpenPLi Dreambox OE Core by @Raed” to “OpenPLi DM 900 UHD OE Core by @Raed”.
  • Image is still a TEST ! will be released as full image probably at the

end of next week ! sorry ! My DM 900 UHD will arrive till then !

The image is in the form as was build ... "no feeds" !

NO ! this image will not be build for Dream ONE/TWO ! there are

some technical issues .... NO AUDIO ! I've build for ONE , is working

fine ... but NO AUDIO ! this feature is kept as a big secret ... even

this image is not intended for commercial use ! not for glory or

reputation ! just to keep Dream ONE/TWO interest alive !

  • Well .... hard to say ! updates are made at least weekly ! but if

will improve Dutch translation I don't know ! I'm trying to

build a new image whenever something important happen !

for the moment I will test the image in detail ! any error you find

    helps !

  • @mihaip ....... I have this image from Mar 28th 202

openpli-enigma2-9xstar-dreamtwo_20250328_Original.rootfs.tar.gz image now working and it has sound, so i have no idea how that can be an image without sound ? DreamTwo : OpenPLi 9.xStar 20250328 GSt 1.20. 5 (Original)

  • MBI - exactly as I've said ! from public feeds , including OpenATV ,

a new image build for Dream ONE/TWO can be build but is without

AUDIO ! the AUDIO is a "secret of trade" included only in official image !

Less working images ... we all will dye faster as DVB fans !!!

Che Guevara - DM 920 topic was closed because of conflicting attitude ! not

for explicit links to MEGA !

  • How did the sound work when it was previously installed via USB on DREAMBOX TWO via Open 7.3 and the sound worked perfectly fine. I installed g.4.2 before, Merlin image and everything worked properly but now it can no longer be installed because I tried and it won't.

  • OpenPLi 8Star uses another build environment as we are using !

and their developers have the "trade secret" for AUDIO !

Well ... I'm not that smart ! very few are ! why banned us to

contribute to the common cause ? even seem very small !

  • OpenPLi GCC-15.1 with feed server

I used for this purpose the feed server built by raed for his

two images OpenTS and OpenBH for DM 920 UHD and extracted

the common trunk! The hard platform being identical for the two receivers

... I estimated that this is possible!

    DM 920 UHD : https://mega.nz/file/C5sTgToI#0EMtlC7Ausd33QeG0nAcRqR7prdLa4NBfPbxv1yV5JI

For verification I installed the image for DM 900 UHD ... after Start Wizard

I was offered to update the image ... 144 modules! normally I wouldn't have

accepted it because of the major risk that it wouldn't Boot anymore! but I

did this and everything was OK! I finished with a Reboot and I'm up to date!!!

I highly recommend you do the same!

The feed server appears as a normal one this time! and it actually works !

  • Thats happen because the HDD was declared in other images like

a network location ! I'm not home right now ! but I'll try to see

how to solve ! Network paths are not OK !

I've made a test here on other STB under OpenATV ...

First time when accessing Network it requires user/passwd

from the STB then remember that and access it very fast !

Please confirm you are using the same procedure to

    build Network Shortcuts !
