I have an issue with my recently purchased Xsarius Sniper HD Plus OTT H.265. The store where I bought it set a password to access the page where you configure the portals, and I don't know what this password is. This prevents me from adding my own portals. I have already tried updating the device's software, but the password is still there.
So, I'm looking for a solution to remove this password. If anyone knows how to do this, I'm all ears!
In addition, I'm also interested in installing a custom firmware (if it can help me or provide interesting features) or the latest official firmware for this device. Do you have any recommendations or links to share?
