[Plugin] Stalker Portal Playlist Converter

Unfortunately I'm not much of a hacker. I don't even have a mac list to test and I can't release this version.

I have errors in the conversions, but the lists are OUT..

I'm waiting for better times, as soon as something comes out in the iptv area.. In the meantime, relax..
