Unzip the file and put the entire folder ModeronFHD in:
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/EStalker/skin/fhd/
then RestartGUI and then in the main menu of the plugin you will be able to select the skin.

This will crash dreamboxes as its missing the DreamOS folder. Which is required as it has amends for textoffset, fonts, and scrollbars.
I've already written that the skin doesn't work on DreamOS, and it also doesn't work on the VTi image. I'll edit it soon to work on the VTi image, but I don't have DreamOS and I'll have to do it blindly.
I don't think this skin will work at all.
These lists now have to have 14 items. Not 10. Otherwise all the paging and sorting is going to mess up.

But here is your skin with all the graphics corrected, so it wont crash on all images
In fact I just seen your other post. Corner radius wont work on older images. So that will crash too. Not just vti, but older openatv and older openvix etc.
I already wrote to you in your topic that I will edit it. I will replace the labels with pictures.
How to get pngs to work on all images
If has transparency. Use alphatest="blend"
If no transparency. do not use alphatest="blend", use alphatest="off". Otherwise it will crash.
If has transparency - simple colours - simple shape (i.e no rounded corners) - convert to indexed colour. use alphatest="on"
If no transparency - simple colours - convert to indexed colour. use alphatest="off"
If you want to cheat and use alphatest="blend" on everything, then edit any image that doesn't have transparency by adding a transparent 1 pixel anywhere in the image. i.e bottom right corner of each image.

The skin should work on all images including DreamOS, but I have not had the opportunity to test it. I have tested it on the following images:
VTi, OpenPLi, OpenVIX, Pure2, OpenSPA
