Full support for the new lamedb5 format (Enigma2 v5) — opening, editing and saving.
Selection of lamedb version per profile (ver. 3 / ver. 4 / ver. 5) so that each receiver is written in its own format when sending (default ver. 4).
lamedb5 is recognized when opening files, ZIP/RAR archives and via FTP; outdated lamedb/lamedb5 file is automatically removed when sending.
