Panel AIO Py2/Py3

AIO Panel 9.2 (.deb) for DreamOS – Ready for Testing!

I’ve prepared a new version of AIO Panel 9.2, specifically built for Dreambox receivers (.deb format).

Since I don't currently have a DreamOS device on hand, I haven't been able to "battle-test" this package myself. If any of you have a spare moment to try it out, I’d really appreciate your feedback on whether everything is running smoothly.

In case of any issues, please provide:

• System logs.
• A brief description of when/where the error occurs.

AIO Panel 9.3 – Changelog

The following changes and fixes have been implemented in version 9.3:

• Version Update: Upgraded the plugin version from 9.2 to 9.3.
• MyUpdater: Added MyUpdater v5.1.
• Picons Download: Improved the "Download picons (transparent)" function. During installation, the system now asks for the destination path, allowing you to choose:
  • Default location.
  • Detected external device.
  • Manual directory selection.
• Super Configurator: The picon function remains unchanged here; it continues to operate with default settings as before.
• Channel List: Azman bouquets have been moved to the bottom of the list.
• UI Optimization: Analyzed the plugin interface regarding excessive window size on the standard MyMetrix skin and several similar skins.
• Skin Compatibility: Resized and adjusted the main plugin windows for better display on HD skins.
• Metadata Updates: Updated version files and descriptions, including:
  • changelog.txt
  • Installation files.
  • Versioning entries within the package.
• Code Cleanup: Performed maintenance on the code and configuration entries:
  • Removed obsolete data from previous releases.
  • Retained all elements essential for the plugin's stable operation.
• Final Build: The package has been rebuilt and prepared as the new 9.3 version.

I’ve analyzed your crash log and here is what is happening:

1. Hardware Mismatch: The log shows the image is built for DM900 (machinebuild=dm900), but you are running it on a DM920. Even if you are using external flash, using an image from a different model often leads to memory management issues and driver conflicts.
2. Experimental Software: You are using OpenATV 8.0 Alpha. This is a very early, experimental version (built on March 15, 2026). Alpha versions are known to be unstable and often have bugs related to UI handling and memory.
3. The Crash (Segmentation Fault): The specific error is a Fatal Signal 11 (Segmentation fault) at Address: 00000000. This means the system tried to access a null pointer in the memory when closing the plugin. This is likely caused by the combination of the experimental Alpha code and the fact that the image isn't native to the DM920.

Recommendations:

• Use a native DM920 image: Install an image specifically built for the DM920 to ensure hardware compatibility.
• Switch to a Stable Version: I suggest using a stable release like OpenATV 7.5.1 or 7.6. Version 8.0 Alpha is currently too experimental for daily use.
• HDMI-CEC: Your log shows a lot of CEC activity. If the crash persists on a stable image, try temporarily disabling HDMI-CEC to see if it’s causing a conflict during screen transitions.
