Newbie Mars VIP question

Hi all, sorry if this is covered elsewhere but I’m struggling to find an answer.

I bought a used V8 UHD running Mars which also had a subscription on it until mid August.

I stupidly updated the firmware without saving the line details so I thought I would just buy a new sub.

I contacted a seller who told me the VIP Package was what I needed (I can only see Astra 28.2e) to see SLY UK HD. He told me he had given me a free trial of this and took my box id.

Issue is none of the scrambled channels are working and seller doesn’t know why. GT VOD is working though. Do I need a CCCam file added on a VIP Sub?

Did he not give you a cline? With viark boxes you input your serial number and buy a connection but i thought gtmedia boxes you needed a cline.

I've just asked a few folk elsewhere about your question.

Apparently Its a file they give you normally named CCcam.cfg that you upload from USB. You need to ask the provider for the cccam.cfg and tell him what happended about deleting the original one.

Gtmedia V8 UHD 4K, the power went out during flashing and brikovo, please someone help me with the dump image, it is about 77 mb. It is not public anywhere, it must exist somewhere, if anyone has a link to post or pm me. Regards
