My box is stuck at not updating.
Is there a hardware problem?
I also tried Open ATV 7.5 and Open Pli 9.1 in the firmware update through USB But did not get any result.

I told you to delete one slot if they were all occupied.
Instead, you deleted all of them, so now there's no way to try another method — like the ones mentioned in posts #8 and #16.
Personally, I don't believe those reasons are to blame, but rather that the boot and kernel files have been corrupted.
Are you sure you're following the correct recovery procedure?
Download the recovery file from the OpenATV website, unzip it, copy the files it contains to the root of a USB stick, and plug it into the device.
Then go to the Recovery menu and try to install it by selecting Flash Recovery Image.
If you're able to install OpenATV, you can then install Define OS as well — either from a ZIP file or via the Network Multiboot Image Upgrade option,
which includes it.

Connect RS232 and you will see exactly what boot requires.

recovery mode is called by pressing the power button on the front panel, a special button on the back panel and pressing the power button on the remote control.
it does nothing of the sort, the box enters recovery mode on its own due to a hardware failure

I will add to your answer that replacing one chip does not solve the problem, or it solves for a while, and then everything repeats again, the ET6226M chip is paired with the display and they need to be changed in pairs.I have repeatedly tested on the Octagon 8008, as well as on the Ustym 4k pro.I soldered these parts from the donor, they fit from T2 BBK, I don't remember the model name, as well as from other consoles.The ET6226M chip has many analogues-ET6226= FD650S = FD650B-S=HW650EO =HD2015E
after replacing the chip and display, my 8008 is working properly, the only thing the display now has is not a pale blue glow, but a light yellow one..

A new display costs approximately +- 30€
this is also an option to buy a display module and replace it, but for those who are not friends with a soldering iron.. my solution is for those users who can repair the receiver themselves. the repair cost me 0 €, except that I spent several hours of my personal time searching for the problem and how to solve it correctly, and it's not a burden to me. I like my hobby.

This is a RECO. Box enters recovery mode.
The ET6226M IC on the front panel is faulty.
I have disconnected the front display. It is now OK. But problem remote not working. I think that said IC became faulty.

here is a typical circuit for turning on this microcircuit, and with the arrow I indicated which leg of the microcircuit I had unsoldered from the board, removed the power from the microcircuit

Found an easy solution for this...................Just disconnect the power from connector as shown in pics

Yes RCU works perfectly. Only the LED Segment is off. Otherwise receiver is running without any problem.
