U need install python-imaging first

And i think is not present in your image feed

python-image / python-imaging are python 2.7 modules

openpli 9+ is python 3.

I also think the entire code base for plex is python 2.7. So that might be another issue.

Therefore this plugin probably doesn't work on your image. You could try earliy openpli 8.3 image. That might work.
But I thought this plugin was for dreambox only.
