The Channelizer is a windows channel editor for .chl and .sdx files by nikkpap.

Receivers like Tiger - Viark - GTMedia - StarSat e.t.c. create files of this format from the USB menu / yellow button.

The ready-made lists like that will load the memory of your receiver with channels that you may not have the necessary satellite dish size to receive and some channels do not play. So the right choice is to go Menu/ Installation/ Satellites/ select the satellites you receive according to your home installation to have only the channels that you are recieve. If you like manage your channels or like make your own favorite channels list there is no Windows program that works properly. That's why my friend nikkpap made this at my suggestion.

Behavior on Channels / Transponders / Satellites / Summary:

Ctrl+LeftClick → toggles item

Shift+LeftClick → range select from anchor.

Ctrl+A → select all rows.

Ctrl+C → copy selected rows (tab-delimited; includes first column if visible).

Favorites tab unchanged.

Fav column (GUI-only) on the Channels tab (doesn’t affect parsing or export).

Fav now follows row moves (Up/Down/Move to Index) by remapping TVChs/RadioChs indices after reorders.

Right-panel “Favorite” dropdown to quickly assign a channel to one favorite group (or “None”) and refresh UI.

Move Up / Move Down / Move to Index… on all tabs preserved.

Accessibility & hotkeys preserved:

Ctrl+Alt+R = Read Selection

Ctrl+Alt+T = Toggle Theme
