Hi,
did you first try placing a heatsink on top of the CPU?
If it still does it, I think the CPU needs to be resoldered.
But a technician should do it. They're laser-welded.
And it could also be a Flesch, the ones near the CPU.
Also need to be resoldered with a hot air gun.

U need to resolder the cpu this problem is know with first edition of 900 series

Very nice and practical, but most of my friends who faced the problem live in the Middle East and the temperature there is very high, which is what causes the problem.

Hi
When I posted my inquiry, I wasn't looking for solutions related to adding a cooling fan or installing a cooling system on the device.
However, I discovered that there's a problem with the adhesive used to attach the processor to the device. When the device heats up, the adhesive melts, causing issues. So, is there a special type of adhesive and a specific application tool for this purpose?

Hi,
Yes, there are specific silicones for CPU, It depends on the temperature they have to withstand and the adaptive glue, which is a double-sided adhesive, must secure both the CPU and its heatsink. The black one is just a support, it doesn't do anything else. And to clarify, what happens if you unplug the DM and then maybe take it to a friend's for an update, or throw it in the car, or maybe it falls out of your hands? So, can this problem you've encountered happen even if the DM is in its box? (The vibration causes the CPU to detach because there's only that silicone holding the CPU and the heatsink support together.)
