We put the receiver in recovery mode, to do this we can turn off the receiver from the power, press (hold down) the power button on the receiver, and then turn on the decoder from the power, when we see the update on the LCD we can release the power button on the receiver.

I have the same boot loop problem with my Octagon SF8008.
It always restarts on "updt," even if I change one of the four saved images; it's always the same, it restarts, and the LED lights up red.
Your flash memory is obviously damaged or faulty, which is why your receiver won't enter recovery mode.
Place the files from the recovery image onto a USB drive.
Connect the USB drive to the USB 3.0 port (on the right side of the receiver).
Turn off the receiver using the button on the rear panel. Press and hold the power button on the front panel, then press the power button on the rear panel. After UPDT appears on the display, release the button and wait for the receiver to boot into recovery mode.
In this case, the bootloader from the USB drive should work.
If the receiver enters recovery mode, run "Flash Recovery Image."
The second option is to restore the receiver using the Hitool utility and the RS-232 interface.
