I have Tiger One Billion V1 Pro and yesterday after wake up from standby without pressing any button started muting and was working later like the left arrow was pressed all the time. I already made default settings to see if the problem will be solved but the problem continued. Also I already flashed other software versions but still nothing.

How to hard reset the receiver?

Yes I am on the latest software.

I press on the receiver power button but nothing happens.

Finally, the problem was identified with the help of my friend nikkpap. The board with the buttons on the top of the receiver was broken. As soon as I removed the wiring that connects one board to the other, the problem was solved. That's why it didn't go into recovering mode when I held down the power button... Such an expensive machine has such a serious problem? Unacceptable!!!
