github server question

Can somebody explain,I get no connection to github and cannot download a plugin.

Is the problem on the image or github server ?

But sometimes the upgrade&update command does indeed upgrade?

Thiis is not correct.In the meantime I was always able to upgrade until 10-15 days ago.Today with the help of passata I was able to upgrade de image to the latest python&gstreamer versions.

BUT:Still could not install a plugin from the feed
