  • Hello friends, I have an Xtrend ET9000 OpenATV v7.2 receiver with an OSCAM EMU R11518-796 installed. The problem I'm facing now is that when I perform channel sharing on a Conax card, it plays the channels for a short period of no more than 5 minutes, then stops sharing for another short period of no more than 4 minutes. Also, when I search for the frequency and download channels, it doesn't play the channel or display the network image; the OpenATV 7.2 image remains on the screen, and the sharing process continues intermittently. Does anyone have a solution for this? Previously, it worked perfectly, but the receiver malfunctioned, and I sent it for repair. They had a power issue. After I returned it, this problem started. The OSCAM version I'm using is different now, but I can't remember the exact version. I updated it, thinking the problem might be with the system. Can you help me?

  • Hi.

You should have started your own / separate topic. It doesn't belong here.

As for Conax encoding, I don't know it very well. Maybe it also needs to send EMM (AU - AutoUpdate) updates to the card. Check that EMMs are being written and that everything is set up correctly regarding AU / EMM writing. Also try to always use the latest Oscam.

And btw... for Conax... as far as I know, you don't need to use OscamEMU (with the EMU-lator module / patch).
