Anyone for whom the ipk file didn't work can extract it and transfer the files manually.
The keys file is located inside the plugin folder, where you can add your keys.

Hi local does not work I get message stream err and then Groc key invalid when local is selected.

you can watch the screenshot its work with local translate only see the counter in setting
