That's not true. You probably don't know what you're talking about. I have the same problem with this box (Octagon SX98 V2 4K WL UHD S2+IP). I can't change fonts or encoding.conf in DefineOS, like in E2. Support doesn't care.

My mistake, I thought your box was a dual boot. It which case you could have put another image on it and changed the font.
I just googled that exact box and it seems its defineOS only. So I don't think its possible.
There are 2 very similar named boxes one has dual boot.
