    New Update: SimplySports v5.4 is HERE!

    What’s New in This Release:

    • ✅ Expanded Arabic Support: Localization now goes beyond just menus—it now includes tournament names, the notification screen, and the top bar for a fully integrated Arabic experience.
    • ✅ Main UI Overhaul: A new aesthetic touch! The tournament logo has been moved to the center (instead of the left), giving the interface a more balanced and centric look.
    • ✅ EuroLeague Basketball Added: For the fans of the giants, the EuroLeague is now available under single tournaments.
    • ✅ Technical Fixes: I’ve fixed the Predictions Profile screen when using the Arabic language; it now displays perfectly.

      Note: There is a new feature I have added, but not completed yet. Try figuring it out!

    Colleague, can you add the Croatian league, which is much stronger than many of the leagues you have on the plugin, not to mention our national team and players?

    The league's availability or coverage is out of my reach for the meantime because it depends on the source of the data, which currently does not cover many leagues. Adding another source besides the current one would make a lot of issues.

    ⏱️ Advanced Soccer Clocks: No more guessing the stoppage time! Matches now feature precise clock details. You’ll see exact stoppage minutes (e.g., 45+5') and clear Halftime (HT) indicators directly on the main screen.


    🔢 Instant League Shortcuts: Tired of long menu navigation? Use your remote’s number pad (1 to 9) to jump instantly to the world’s top leagues, including: Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, NBA, Europa League, and Conference League.


    🏠 Quick-Return to Custom Leagues: I’ve dedicated the "0" button to be your "Home" key. No matter which league you are browsing, one press of "0" returns you instantly to your Custom Leagues list.


    📊 Unified Live Possession Bars: Get deeper analytics directly in the match list. Live matches now feature sleek, dual-color horizontal possession bars below the score (Green for Home, Purple for Away). See who is dominating the pitch at a glance! (This feature only found in the Default theme)


    ⚽ Refresh & Navigation Info

    Live Timestamp: A new timer in the top-left of the main screen shows exactly when the data was last refreshed.

    Menu Guide: Added clear button indicators for easier navigation through Leagues menus.

    A new update just dropped for SimplySports! V5.6 ⚽🔔🔊

    Here is everything new in this release:


    ⭐ My Favourite Teams — save up to 10 teams

    A new Settings screen lets you pick teams from any supported soccer league. Teams are fetched live via the source API with a smart fallback for guaranteed loading. Your list saves and restores automatically on every reboot.


    📌 Favourite matches pinned to the top

    Matches featuring your saved teams now float to the very top of the main screen. They're sorted smartly: live first, then scheduled, then finished. A ⭐ also appears right next to the team name so you can spot them instantly.


    🔔 Gold reminder toasts — 4 alerts per match

    SimplySports automatically alerts you 1 day, 6 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes before kick-off. Each gold-accented popup shows team logos, the league, kick-off time, and a live countdown (like "in 1h" or "Tomorrow 20:45"). It stays on-screen for 15 seconds and plays Fav.mp3 so you hear it even if you're not watching. Fully deduped—no spam!


    🎵 Custom goal sounds — pop1, pop2, pop3...

    Goal alerts are fully customizable. Head to Settings → Goal Sound to see all pop*.mp3 files in the plugin folder. Check your favorite, hear an instant preview, or select "No Sound". Just drop a new mp3 into the folder and it auto-populates—zero code changes required.


    🏀 EuroLeague time enhancements. Now the time of the match will be displayed at the local device time zone plus Notification enhancements.


    📡 Richer FEED screen — event info & satellite

    The main feed now displays exactly what you need at a glance. Each event row shows the event description and broadcasting satellite name pulled straight from your EPG. Know exactly where to tune in without leaving the plugin.

    Watching the game is better when we watch together! I'm thrilled to announce a major update to SimplySport, introducing a feature: Watch Party.

    Now, you can interact with other users in real-time while watching live matches!

    What’s new in v5.7b:
    ✅ Real-Time Reactions: Send emojis and reactions that appear instantly on everyone’s screen.
    ✅ Custom Messages: Use your remote to type custom 10-character messages—share the excitement in your own words! (Press 0 in the remote to open the keyboard)
    ✅ Live Participant Count: See exactly how many fans are in the Watch Party with you.
    ✅ Smart Bandwidth Tech: We’ve optimized the connection to be lightning-fast while using almost zero data.


    ⚠️ This is a BETA version (5.7b). Because this is a brand-new technology for Enigma2, I'm launching this as a Beta. You might encounter a few bugs as still fine-tune the servers and the real-time sync. Your feedback is essential to help us make it perfect!

    How to get it: Update your plugin to version 5.7b and open the "Watch Party" for live matches only with the blue button (The alert modes moved to the menu list).

    V5.8 update just dropped for SimplySports!


    I've been busy the last two days shipping a wave of improvements — here's what's new:


    📺 WATCH PARTY — MAJOR UPGRADES


    ⚽ Who's cheering who? A new one-time team selection lets you declare which side you're on (Home, Neutral, or Away). Your choice is pushed live so everyone in the party sees the fan count update in real time beside each zone. Skip? You're counted as Neutral 😄


    👥 Press OK to see who's watching — names are now shown inside their actual team zone, not just in a flat list. Home fans on the left, Away fans on the right.


    📡 The Neutral zone just got smarter — if a satellite feed for the match is found on SatelliWeb, it shows the actual feed info: satellite name, frequency, polarisation, symbol rate, and encryption status. All the details you need, right there.


    📊 Live fan counts beside each zone header, updated every time reactions come in.


    🔧 Fixed a bug where the viewer count always showed 1 even when multiple people were watching. Also fixed the watch party screen appearing transparent on open.


    🎨 Visual polish across both screens — reaction fonts bumped up, help bar tidied, team logos enlarged, zone dividers now actually visible.

    I noticed that in "Watch Party" mode, the 11, 22, 33, etc. button combinations do not work. For example, pressing button 1 twice displays GOAL! instead of ATTACK!.

    Could you add a short delay to the buttons so that double key presses can be detected properly?

    It's not real..My club is from Serbia, and everything is done on a plugin, fans, likes, and there are no Balkan leagues on offer...Many leagues are not included and instead of focusing on that, you are introducing online cheering and the like... The plugin is going in the wrong direction...
