Which image do You have currently installed ?

New boxes usualy comes with preinstalled Atv image , some older version

In order to install Atv 8 :

Menu - setup - software manager - Flash on the fly - there You have all available Atv versions , ver. 8 included , choose latest one , choose partition for installation , etc etc

And You need to have usb stick plugged in , for download purposes

The open ATV 8 beta image is infected with ELF: Agent -EHX
