You can try this https://www.open-epg.com/files/albania1.xml
not sure if they have it there or is it updated.
You can also send email to open-epg and ask them to update it if it doesn't show. Because they listed these channels there.

Your only option is WEBGRAB PLUS it gives free 20 channels or if you pay 5 euros donation you get 1 year for free with 250 channels
You have to generate epg from ipko epg in webgrab software and select albanian download IPKO.com xml ini files from webgrab website from here they have it there. tring sports
Then later you have to attach it xml to your iptv
