GigaBlue Quad 4K Pro -> still Old Bootloader with only 2 GB of usable RAM instead of 4 GB

  • In the current 6.8 image, the old bootloader is still included, which makes 50% of the RAM unusable (bolt_20241204.bin)!

Since October, there has finally been something “officially” new:

Why don’t you finally include this thing??? Gigablue deceived and screwed over its customers for more than 1.5 years before a fix was released. You still seem to be living under a rock since you still haven’t included it!

I already had the fix 6 months before OpenATV, and there I was just dismissed as a crank and told it was supposedly just a readout error—which was not the case. After those idiots finally got hold of the fix themselves, they deleted all their incorrect statements about it. You seem to be cut from the same cloth. I had already offered you the fix before and was banned as well. I thought that once OpenATV included the fix, your dumb mod/dev would come to their senses too—unfortunately, that was a mistake. I still can’t get into your forum. Here’s one last attempt. It’s bad enough that there isn’t a single user in your forum who wonders where the supposed 4GB of RAM in the box actually are!
