something striked my mind, yt-dlp is a fork of youtube-dl, can someone download the yt-dlp package on the box (/tmp) and upload it here on the board, then we can try to install it locally, no need for patching the files, enter the command on the box
opkg download python3-youtube-dlp
We need the armhf ipk package
Openatv uses yt-dlp and this was downloaded from version 7.6.
The second file youtube-dlp is downloaded from the openpli scarthgap version.
seems that Opeantv version still needs python3-gdata if already not installed
