For example, the M3UIPTV plugin.

It's located in the system plugins section.

Allows you to convert m3u playlists to enigma2 bouquets.

There are many other plugins.

Use "Jedi Maker Xtream" or "Bouquet Maker Xtream" plugins.

You also can convert to favourite bouquets the m3u links.
