SUPTV connexion error

Hi

Since a week, i cant activate a new code suptv on my dreambox 920 with différent image ( Dreamos, OpenPLi, Blackhole, openatv...)

When i send code to plugin and do Green button to activate i have this message : connexion error.

Can someone tell me of it's a general problem or only in Algeria, because some resellers told me that it's an Algerian problem and others said that it work...
