Dead novaler 4k

Hi

I need some help for my novaler 4k box

My box is dead it response properly with putty and hitool

The problem that the hitool is stuck at start download process

In my configuration everything seems to be OK but ...

The firewall is deactivate

Need some help please .

I have already done this steps on my box tried many versions of hitool and it gave the same result always stuck at start download process.

yeah i will send it to them if there is no solution.

but I'm using serial mode only and even it's connected it doesn't light
