How to add Multistream / T2-MI parameters to a DVB-S transponder (12380 H 27500) on 4.8E

I need help configuring a specific transponder on Astra 4A (4.8°E), frequency 12380 H 27500.

This frequency uses standard DVB-S, but it carries a Multistream / T2-MI signal.

My problem is a deadlock in the Enigma2 menus:

• If I select DVB-S, the menu hides the options to enter the Stream ID / PLP ID.
• If I try to force these IDs directly into the files (satellites.xml or lamedb), it ends in an error.

How can I solve this? Is there a trick to force the box to show the Multistream fields on a DVB-S frequency, or do I need to use a software tool like Astra (Cesbo) to decode it?
