I have a lot of problems using Dreambox Wow. Please help me.

1- Unfortunately, the weakness of Dreambox One tuners, whether with a fixed dish or a rotating dish, is very annoying. Now, I can get many channels with weak signals with Dreambox 7020HD well and easily, but with Dreambox One, even when searching for channels, sometimes it cannot find those channels, and if it does find them, the channel has a problem. For example, the TRT1HD channel, which shows World Cup games with BISS encoding, I have a Dreambox 7020HD with 63% quality, but Dreambox One cannot find the channel at all when searching. Also, some channels that have high signal quality on the Dreambox 7020HD, for example, TVP SPORT and TVP 1HD channels and channels with the same frequency receive them with 70%, and even when I move the dish and this quality is also low, but the channel has both image and sound well on the Dreambox 7020HD, while when I connect it to the Dreambox One, in the best dish setting mode, the Dreambox 7020HD has 70% quality, but on the Dreambox One it is 59%, which keeps disconnecting and reconnecting the channel. I am ashamed to bring this up, but believe me, I am nervous that with this cost and advertising, the Dreambox One unfortunately has these basic problems.

2- When I connect the Dreambox One to the dish rotater, it seems to be confused. For example, with the Dreambox 7020HD, when I go from Astra 19 degrees to Hotbird 13 degrees, it reaches its destination in 3 to 4 seconds, but in the Dreambox One it takes maybe 10 to 12 seconds. I don't know, otherwise the dish and the motor are the same.

3- Unfortunately, the image quality in 4K channels is not at all what is described everywhere about these channels, and in fact, unfortunately, this is how it is in my Dreambox One. In full HD, HD and SD channels, I say 100 percent that the image quality in the Dreambox 7020HD is better than the Dreambox One.

4- After half an hour to 40 minutes of working with the Dreambox One and it is on, and when I touch the Dreambox One, it is very hot. Now I don't know if it is like this for everyone or just for me.

My image is the latest version of the Merlin image. Then one thing is that I have checked most of the images so far, including the official image of Dreambox One, newnigma2, Dream Elite, openatv, etc. I also use the latest satellites.xml file. I also update all the images. I even tried to update with the apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y command. Unfortunately, these problems exist in all images.
