OSCAM for Skylink TV CZ, SK (Caid 0624, 0D96D)

Good morning everything!
I am looking for a functional oscam for decrypting skylink (TV for CZ, SK ). My STB is Vuplus Solo4K, VTI 15.., and I run oscam 11903. I have valid cards for skylink and ORF. ORF is running (Caid 0650) but skylink does not. Both cards are inserted in internal slots. Skylink runs before (0D96) prolongation for another year in June 26, but since then it is not working (dark). The log shows that the reader would need "dynamic RSA init or pairing is enabled" (Caid 0624 - I get skylink also via Caid 0D96). Anyway I found a thread in this forum "OSCAM For M7", but I don't no which oscam I should use and how to install on my STB. Very important is that I want strictly avoid loosing ORF to enable skylink. It woud be very nice if anyone could help
